Pricing questions
What happens at 10 recovery emails?
The free plan includes 10 recovery emails total. Once you reach the cap, new recovery sends pause and your dashboard and Recovery cart page show an upgrade prompt. Capture and consent keep working. Upgrade to Pro for up to 10,000 recovery emails per month.
Can I send recovery email from my own domain?
Yes — on Pro. Verify your domain DNS under Recovery cart → Recovery email and recovery emails send as hello@yourstore.com (or your chosen prefix). Until DNS is verified, Pro uses the shared Recartify sender.
What is custom logo and email branding?
On Pro, open Studio → Email Customization to set header, footer, and body colors, upload your logo, and reword the opening paragraph. Any plan can pick a recovery email theme; logo and colors are Pro-only.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Shopify admin. The change takes effect immediately and Shopify prorates the difference automatically.
Do I need a Shopify account?
Yes — Recartify is built for Shopify and installs straight from the App Store. There are no separate fees or accounts to set up.
Will I be charged today?
The free plan is free forever. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial; you’re only billed if you keep it after the trial ends, and billing happens through your Shopify invoice — no separate credit card to manage.
