Pricing questions
Will I be charged today?
Basic is free forever. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial; you’re only billed if you keep it after the trial ends, and billing happens through your Shopify invoice — no separate credit card to manage.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Shopify admin. The change takes effect immediately and Shopify prorates the difference automatically.
What happens to my conversations if I downgrade?
Your existing conversations stay accessible. On Basic you’ll see the most recent 30 days of history; older messages are preserved and become visible again as soon as you go back to Pro.
Do I need a Shopify account?
Yes — Recartify is built for Shopify and installs straight from the App Store. There are no separate fees or accounts to set up.
How does the staff seat limit work?
Basic is for solo or very small support setups (up to 2 active chats at once). Pro lets you invite up to 10 staff members with Staff or Admin roles, assign conversations and split the load.
